BEAN HAMBURGER SOUP

1 c. dry beans
3 qt. water

Cook 5 minutes, let stand for 1 hour.

1/4 c. rice
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 or more potatoes
6 carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
1 lb. hamburger

Brown hamburger and add to the rest of the soup and cook for an hour. You may have to add more water.
