1/4 c. vinegar
1 bottle catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 lbs. raw hamburger
Simmer the ingredients ten minutes, then add the hamburger and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. Serves 25.
